Micro Courses

Find out more about historical events that have led the region of the Middle East and Iraq to be facing its contemporary threats and challenges.

Micro courses are easy ways to educate yourself about past or ongoing mass atrocities and genocides around the world!




Micro course: Iraqi Christians. The Lemkin Institute, in collaboration with the Uttu Organization for Human Rights, looks at Christian Iraqis, their history, and the crime of genocide against them.


 

Micro course: the Ezidi Genocide. The Lemkin Institute's research intern Eric Silverman created a micro course on the genocide faced by the Ezidi community in Iraq committed by ISIS.
