Lemkin Institute and Trans Exile Network Report the EHRC to GANHRI

Further to our 5 September 2025 statement on the UK's Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), the Lemkin Institute, in conjunction with Trans Exile Network, sent a special submission to the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI) regarding the EHRC's failure to conform to the Paris Principles. This makes the current total reports of failures to comply with the principles by the UK EHRC ten in the last GANRHI session period alone.
