Melissa Eichhorn

Melissa (she/her), holds a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative and European Law and earned her Master’s degree cum laude in International Law with a specialisation in Human Rights from Maastricht University. She has previous experience at the European Parliamentary Research Services, where she contributed to policy research at the intersection of EU law and human rights, focusing on discrimination and women’s rights. Currently, she serves as a legal advisor in immigration law and volunteers for Amnesty International, focusing on asylum and migration in Europe. Her academic and professional interests include women’s rights, humanitarian law, migration and refugee protection.
